1. Acceptance

By using Seerkl, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Seerkl
• You are responsible for your account security
• One account per person
• Provide accurate information in your profile

3. Content Rules

You may not post content that:

• Is illegal, hateful, or discriminatory
• Harasses, bullies, or threatens others
• Contains spam or commercial solicitation
• Impersonates another person
• Violates intellectual property rights

4. Circle Guidelines

• Circle owners are responsible for their circle's content
• Invite codes should not be shared publicly without owner consent
• We may remove circles that violate these terms

5. Privacy & Location

• Location sharing is optional and can be disabled anytime
• Your exact location is never shown to other users
• Only approximate distance is displayed in discovery mode

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Account data is permanently removed after a 7-day grace period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Seerkl is provided "as is". We are not liable for content posted by users, connection quality, or interactions that occur through the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
